สมาคมฟุตบอลลีชเทินชไตน์ (เยอรมัน: Liechtensteiner Fussballverband) หรือ เอ็ลเอ็ฟเฟา (LFV) เป็นหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่ดูแลฟุตบอลในประเทศลีชเทินชไตน์ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1934 และได้เข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกยูฟ่าเมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1974 สมาคมได้ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมฟุตบอลทีมชาติลีชเทินชไตน์กับลีชเทินชไตน์ฟุตบอลคัพ โดยมีสำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่ชาน

เนื่องจากลีชเทินชไตน์มีสโมสรฟุตบอลน้อยกว่า 8 สโมสร (มีเพียง 7 สโมสร ถ้าไม่นับทีมสำรอง) ทำให้เป็นเพียงประเทศเดียวในยูฟ่าที่ไม่มีลีกประจำชาติ และสโมสรจากลีชเทินชไตน์จะลงแข่งขันในแทน
