ปลาตะเพียนหยดน้ำ (อังกฤษ: Snakeskin barb; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Desmopuntius rhomboocellatus) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae)

มีรูปร่างคล้ายกับปลาเสือสุมาตรา (Puntigrus tetrazona) หรือปลาเสือข้างลาย (P. partipentazona) ซึ่งเดิมเคยอยู่ร่วมสกุลเดียวกัน แต่ปลาตะเพียนหยดน้ำมีรูปร่างที่ยาวกว่าอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเจน มีสีลำตัวน้ำตาลออกส้ม มีสีดำเป็นรูปหยดน้ำ 4-5 แถบ เป็นลักษณะเด่น มีขนาดความยาวเต็มที่ประมาณ 8.8 เซนติเมตร (3.5 นิ้ว)
มีพฤติกรรมอยู่รวมตัวกันเป็นฝูงเหมือนปลาชนิดอื่นในสกุลเดียวกัน โดยแพร่ขยายพันธุ์ด้วยการวางไข่ติดกับใบของไม้น้ำ ไข่ฟักเป็นตัวภายใน 24-36 ชั่วโมง พบเฉพาะในแหล่งน้ำที่มีสีชา ด้วยมีค่าความเป็นกรดเป็นด่าง (Ph) ของน้ำต่ำกว่า 7 เช่น น้ำในป่าพรุ บนเกาะบอร์เนียว
เป็นปลาที่นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะการเลี้ยงในตู้ไม้น้ำ รวมกับปลาชนิดอื่น ๆ จัดเป็นปลาที่เลี้ยงได้ง่ายมาก สามารถกินได้ทั้งอาหารสดและอาหารสำเร็จรูป
