แคลริเน็ตคอนแชร์โต ในบันไดเสียง เอ เมเจอร์ (อังกฤษ: Clarinet concerto in A major, K. 622) ผลงานประพันธ์ของว็อล์ฟกัง อมาเดอุส โมทซาร์ท เป็นคอนแชร์โตสำหรับแคลริเน็ต ที่โมทซาร์ทแต่งขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1791 สำหรับให้ (1753 – 1812) นักแคลริเน็ตและฮอร์นชาวออสเตรียเป็นผู้บรรเลง คอนแชร์โตชิ้นนี้เป็นหนึ่งในผลงานชิ้นสุดท้ายที่โมทซาร์ทแต่งได้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ก่อนจะเสียชีวิต (โมทซาร์ทเสียชีวิต 6 สัปดาห์หลังจากการแสดงรอบปฐมทัศน์)
สแทดเลอร์เล่นคอนแชร์โตรอบปฐมทัศน์เมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1791 ที่ปราก เขาต้องใช้แคลริเน็ตที่ปรับแต่งเป็นพิเศษให้มีระดับเสียงต่ำลง เป็นระดับ ซี แทนที่จะใช้แคลริเน็ตแบบทั่วไปซึ่งมีระดับเสียงต่ำสุด อี ต่อมาเมื่อบริษัทผู้จัดพิมพ์โน้ตดนตรีวางจำหน่าย จึงได้ดัดแปลงต้นฉบับของโมทซาร์ท เพื่อให้นักดนตรีที่ใช้แคลริเน็ตทั่วไปตามท้องตลาด สามารถเล่นท่อนไฮไลต์ของคอนแชร์โตบทนี้ได้
คอนแชร์โตบทนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 มูฟเมนต์ จังหวะ เร็ว-ช้า-เร็ว ได้แก่
- I. Allegro
- II. Adagio
- III. Rondo: Allegro
มูฟเมนต์ที่สอง Adagio ได้รับความนิยมจากการนำไปใช้เป็นเพลงประกอบภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Out of Africa และได้รับรางวัลออสการ์และรางวัลลูกโลกทองคำ สาขาดนตรีประกอบภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม
