ไก่เคียฟ หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ ไก่กือยิว เป็นอาหารที่ทำจากเนื้อไก่โขลกและคลุกรอบเนยเย็นแล้วเคลือบด้วยไข่และเกล็ดขนมปังแล้วทอดหรืออบ เนื่องจากเนื้อไม่มีกระดูกมักถูกเรียกว่าในการประกอบอาหารแบบมืออาชีพ อาหารจานนี้จึงถูกเรียกว่า "suprême de volaille à la Kiev" อกไก่ยัดไส้เป็นที่รู้จักกันโดยทั่วไปในอาหารรัสเซียและยูเครนในชื่อ côtelette de volaille แม้ว่าจะมีข้อโต้แย้งเกี่ยวกับต้นกำเนิด แต่อาหารจานนี้ได้รับความนิยมเป็นพิเศษในรัฐหลังโซเวียต รวมถึงในประเทศอื่น ๆ หลายแห่งในอดีตกลุ่มตะวันออก และในโลกที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษ
