ปลาปักเป้าจมูกแหลม หรือ ปลาปักเป้าหนู (อังกฤษ: Sharpnose puffer, Toby) เป็นสกุลของปลาปักเป้าสกุลหนึ่ง ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Canthigaster (/แคน-ทิ-แกส-เตอร์/) จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ปลาปักเป้าฟันสี่ซี่ (Tetraodontidae)
มีลักษณะสำคัญ คือ มีลำตัวแบนข้าง จะงอยปากยาวกว่าปลาปักเป้าสกุลอื่น ปากเล็กแหลมยื่นยาว ช่องเปิดเหงือกแคบ คอดหางแผ่แบนออกเป็นแผ่นกว้าง ลำตัวมีหนามขนาดเล็ก ไม่มีเส้นข้างตัว
