เจฟฟรี่ย์ อาร์เชอร์ (อังกฤษ: Jeffrey Archer) เป็นนักเขียนชาวอังกฤษ เกิดวันที่ 15 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1940 ในอดีตเขาเคยเป็นสมาชิกวุฒิสภาเมื่ออายุ 29 ปี (ถือเป็นสมาชิกวุฒิสภาที่อายุน้อยที่สุดในอังกฤษ) ต่อมาเขาได้ประพันธ์งานเขียนออกมาเป็นจำนวนมาก
