ตะพาบนกยูงพม่า, ตะพาบพม่าลายตา หรือ ตะพาบพม่า (อังกฤษ: Burmese peacock softshell, Burmese softshell turtle; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Nilssonia formosa) เป็นสปีชีส์ของตะพาบซึ่งอยู่ในวงศ์ตะพาบ เป็นตะพาบหนึ่งในห้าสปีชีส์ที่อยู่ในในสกุล Nilssonia

ตะพาบนกยูงพม่ามีกระดองทรงกลมที่ยาวได้ถึง 65 เซนติเมตร กระดองมีสีเทามะกอกถึงน้ำตาลมะกอก มีเส้นโครงสีดำ และที่กระดองมีลักษณะคล้ายวงแหวนที่มีขอบรอบ ๆ โดยที่มีสีเข้มบริเวณตรงกลางวงแหวนและมีขอบสีอ่อน ๆ ในช่วงวัยรุ่น ซึ่งขอบบริเวณรอบ ๆ จะจางหายไปตามอายุจนกระทั่งกระดองกลายเป็นสีมะกอก
ที่อยู่ทางภูมิศาสตร์
ตะพาบนกยูงพม่าพบได้ในประเทศพม่าและอาจรวมถึงแถบชายแดนประเทศไทยกับประเทศพม่าด้วย ได้มีรายงานว่าพบตะพาบสายพันธุ์นี้ในอำเภอ (Karbi Anglong district) ของรัฐอัสสัมด้วย จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกของตะพาบนกยูงพม่าที่จับได้ใกล้ชวงไป๋ มณฑลยูนนาน ประเทศจีน โดยนักวิจัยในปี ค.ศ. 2012 ชี้ให้เห็นว่าตะพาบสายพันธุ์นี้ข้ามเขตพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำระหว่างแม่น้ำสาละวินกับแม่น้ำโขง
