กองทหารต่างด้าวฝรั่งเศส (ฝรั่งเศส: Légion étrangère, อังกฤษ: French Foreign Legion) เป็นส่วนรัฐการทหารของกองทัพฝรั่งเศสก่อตั้งเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1831 มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะเนื่องจากเป็นกองทหารที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นเฉพาะสำหรับคนต่างด้าวที่สมัครใจรับรัฐการในกองทัพฝรั่งเศส โดยอยู่ภายใต้การบังคับบัญชาของนายทหารฝรั่งเศส ต่อมาได้เปิดให้พลเมืองฝรั่งเศสสมัครเช่นกัน ซึ่งจนถึง ค.ศ. 2007 คิดเป็น 24% ของกำลังพล
