เกรย์เอเซ็กชวลลิตี (อังกฤษ: gray asexuality หรือ grey asexuality) / เกรย์เอเซ็กชวล (อังกฤษ: gray asexual หรือ grey asexual) หรือ เกรย์เซ็กชวลลิตี (อังกฤษ: gray-sexuality) เป็นสเปกตรัมระหว่างเอเซ็กชวล (ขาดการดึงดูดทางเพศกับผู้อื่น) และอัลโลเซ็กชวล (มีการดึงดูดทางเพศกับผู้อื่น) บุคคลที่ระบุว่าเป็นเกรย์เอเซ็กชวลถูกเรียกด้วยคำว่า เกรย์เอ ( gray-A), เกรย์เอซ (gray ace) หรือ เกรซ (grace) และเรียกร่วมกันว่า "เอซอัมเบรลลา" (ace umbrella) ภายในสเปกตรัมนี้ยังประกอบด้วยคำต่าง ๆ เช่น เดมิเซ็กชวล (demisexual), เซมิเซ็กชวล (semisexual), เอเซ็กชวล-อิช (asexual-ish) และเซ็กชวล-อิช (sexual-ish)
